Another oil facility concerning Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC)
has been swollen by militants around Ogidigben, Warri South West Local of Delta State on Thursday, June 9, 2016.
A source said:
“The incident occurred along the Chanomi Creek around Ogidigben area about 8.00 pm. Though, I cannot give you concrete details of the situation at the scene of incident for now. We got reports from our field office that a loud explosion was heard at the location, which was followed by a huge anxious,” he said.
A community one at the control, who by the same token confirmed the crisis, said:
“My tribe called to weigh me that there was an disaster, they blew up the trace at Ogidigben and they are rebuilt there directly to handle what originally happened.”
